Purchases from TerraformingMoxie include the cost of shipping.

 

Returns/ Refunds

I take pride in the items I make and ship.  Every item is made by hand and as such, will have subtle variations on it's shape, size, glaze, and texture.

My goal is a happy customer which means that yes, I will accept returns.  However, it is not practical for me to also cover the cost of that shipping.  If you feel unhappy with your purchase, I'm happy to refund the purchase price less the cost of shipping in either direction.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

To begin the process of a return/ refund, please contact me at terraformingmoxie@gmail.com.  I will verify the reason for the return and provide a return address.  All refunds will be submitted once item has been received in new condition.
